Marketing Executive Job in Poole

Our client is a business that helps grow businesses and they are proud to offer a wide variety of services, including strategic business development, sales, marketing, back office and front office support, and net zero pathways to clients. They are in search of an enthusiastic Marketing Executive candidate to join their marketing team to work across several client accounts. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for detail, with a creative and outside-the-box mindset to achieve client goals across a range of differently sized businesses (from startups to established). You should be a confident individual with the ability to contribute to meetings, client conversations, and internal discussions. You may have experience in social media management and analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (such as Hubspot or Salesforce), Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook and Teams), and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing communications and strategies for several client accounts
  • Work closely and integrate with Business Development and Sales colleagues to ensure continued closely integrated BD, sales, and marketing for a client-base range
  • Take ownership of, create content for, and manage existing social media channels, LinkedIn, and Instagram, in line with agreed strategy from the senior management team
  • Manage, continually update, and develop the marketing, events, and social media calendar
  • Update, regularly audit, and manage the website, including SEO optimisation, scheduling posts, updating client and staff biographies, making recommendations for site improvements.
  • Maintain marketing and brand documentation

Minimum Skills Required:

  • Strong planning and time management
  • Excellent IT skills and if possible, a knowledge of CRM
  • Creative and commercial
  • Eye for detail and highly organised

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary of £27,500 per annum
  • Working Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
  • Hybrid working approach
  • Development and well being
  • Free onsite parking
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
