Dovetail news – on the up!
I’m pleased to say business continues to go well at Dovetail, we’ve had a super year growing by over 150% and taking on new clients all the time.
Our newest clients we’re working with include a local construction company based in Hampshire, and a local travel company based in Ringwood.
Tracking down the Talent
The team are always excited when we start a new partnership and it was great to discover that the travel company actually tracked down our very own Sales & Marketing Recruitment guru Tiffany! It’s usually us tracking down the talent, but it was nice to have the tables turned!
We clearly know our stuff when recruiting for you :0) and of course for ourselves! Tiffany had made a great impression on them previously, as our contact remembered her name having worked with her 4 or 5 years ago, before she joined us at Dovetail. They successfully googled her and traced her to us at Dovetail!
Samantha & Laura now fully fledged!
As
a result of our continued growth and business demands, we’re delighted to share with you that our two youngest team members Samantha (left) & Laura (right) have recently been promoted from ‘Account Handlers’ to fully-fledged Recruitment Consultants.
Proving their aptitude for matching the right candidates to their client needs, the girls have not only shown they know their stuff; but they’re helping to grow the business as they do it! Fully fledged and flying!
