Due to the successful growth of their business our client a highly successful FMCG company based in Christchurch is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their existing team.

As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales department, being a point of contact for existing clients and providing accurate and efficient administrative support.

This is a busy and fast paced environment where you will need to be able to work under pressure and self motivate yourself whilst managing your workload.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all engagement with consumers from initial order through to post sales
  • Reviewing, checking and processing web invoices
  • Processing credit notes for returns
  • Dealing with product deliver issues
  • Reconciling receipts and any cash activities in our systems including commission calculations
  • Submitting product information into various third party systems

Exeperience and Knowledge:

  • Administration and customer service experience
  • Ability to use Excel and databases
  • Exceptional organisational skills and eye for detail
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and excellent customer service skills

This position would suit candidates who are in a similar role who have worked within customer service and administration.
