Product Operations Coordinator Job in Wimborne

Our client based in Wimborne is a fun and dynamic business where everyone is involved. They are recruiting a Product Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for the smooth operational support and delivering a great service to internal teams, production facilities and their customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review commodity codes new products and categories and updating where needed
  • Setting up projects including product codes, descriptions, and commodity codes
  • Providing Shipping marks and other documentation to support shipping of goods
  • Request shipping documents for orders shipped
  • Schedule deliveries with customer and freight forwarder
  • Update Sage with changes received for Account Management/Supplier
  • Update freight and target trackers
  • Check invoices received from customers, suppliers, and freight forwarder
  • Book in stock ready for allocation and invoicing
  • Arrange sample collections/deliveries
  • Supporting the team with any issues/requests

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
  • IT literate and the ability to use MS Office
  • The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers

Salary and Benefits:
