We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised candidate to join their team as a Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the department and engineers to ensure customer requirements are met through the effective deployment of engineers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organising logistics for engineers including arranging flights, hotels, transfers, etc.
- Assisting with proposals, planning and engineer scheduling
- Liaising with customers to agree schedule of engineer visits and managing any queries
- Producing quotations
- Ensuring engineers have all relevant documents including permits, hotel details and letters
Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong administration experience
- Ability to multitask
- Extremely organised and flexible
- Hardworking and adaptable
This position would suit candidates with administration and customer service experience within the engineering industry, or similar.
