In July 2020, Laura & Suzanne, two consultants who had been with the business for years, took on Liz’s legacy and continued to strive to work to her values of honesty, professionalism, and partnership. Suzanne Hayter (CertRP)
Director of Sales & Marketing
Suzanne has been working in commercial recruitment in the Dorset area for almost 15 years and time really does fly! She is very passionate about her work and dedicated about going the extra mile to place the right candidate with the right company.
Very much a people person, Suzanne enjoys the interaction with clients and candidates as well as the fast pace and high energy recruitment always brings. She always aims to deliver a first-class service to clients and candidates. Taking a partnership approach so she fully understands the business and the individual needs, Suzanne finds the perfect fit.
When Suzanne isn’t placing candidates she has six year old twin girls who keep her on her toes! She adores walks with her family at the beach, camping trips, and when she has time – running!
Laura Staton (CertRP)
Director of Finance & Operations
Laura is dedicated to providing a high-class service to both candidates and clients, helping with anything and everything that they need to help get the right match. She loves the variety of roles she recruits for and can turn her hand to just about anything. Laura also heads up the operations for the business so she keeps our day to day running smoothly.
Laura has been with us since September 2016 after relocating back to her home town of Bournemouth after 4 busy years studying and working in London. During her time in the ‘Big Smoke’ she attained a 1st class degree in Music and worked at an independent high-end jeweller in Hatton Garden.
In her spare time, she likes to chill out with something creative like painting and piano playing, or socialising with friends and family. One of her loves is travelling. Places she has been include Thailand, Australia, Bali, Singapore, New Zealand, and much of Europe.
Lauren’s career background is within sales, recruitment, and leadership. She thrives on contributing towards company growth and success so she will be your perfect partner when recruiting for your growing business! Lauren also enjoys working on improvement & change projects. She is certainly process and compliance driven with good attention to detail and she aspires to continue to develop her HR skills.
In her spare time Lauren loves meals out with friends and family, watching films and documentaries and she also absolutely loves to bake cakes! She adores her family. She has an 11 year old Son called Leo, her Husband James, and 2 beautiful Siamese cats, Soloman and Leonard!
Lydia has made the permanent move down to Bournemouth, on completion of her 4 year Business Management Degree from Bournemouth University. She is the newest member of our team and really looking forward to learning all about the exciting world of recruitment!
Outside of work Lydia enjoys a busy and active lifestyle, whether that be HITT workouts, weight training, or a brisk walk along the beach. She also enjoys traveling back to her home town in Surrey to visit her family, friends and 3 dogs.
Travelling is another of Lydia’s passions, she has worked abroad in Cyprus twice, been to many countries in Europe for beach and skiing holidays.
Liz has been in recruitment for over 25 years and has a successful track record in large corporate agencies as well as small independents across all levels of recruitment. Having built many long established client relationships Liz decided to set up her own agency 10 years ago to offer her clients and candidates an outstanding recruitment service.
She is a keen road cyclist, and also enjoys Yoga classes and likes to cook and entertain her family and friends.
Nala is Laura’s one year old fox red Labrador puppy.
She loves to chew sticks, chase balls, attack flies and swim in any water she can find, be it the sea or a muddy puddle!
Nala regularly visits us in the office for belly rubs and to get Laura out walking!
Bruce is Liz’s gorgeous black Labrador and our original team mascot!
He loves walks down at Hengistbury Head and always brings a lot of joy when he is occasionally visiting us at the office.
